Michael John Witts

Michael was admitted as a solicitor in 1982 after graduating with Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Sydney University. After completing Articles at a suburban practice he entered into partnership at a practice in the Inner Western suburbs of Sydney and in 1998 established Witts Solicitors. Throughout his working life Michael has focussed on domestic conveyancing and wills and estates.

For over 30 years, Michael has drafted numerous wills for estates ranging in size from the most modest to the very large and complex. During that time, he has acted for Executors, Administrators, Trustees, Beneficiaries and Claimants in all types of estates including claims on Intestacy and under the Family Provisions Act.
